Privacy Policy

All Clear Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment to your privacy

All Clear is a product being built for families. We understand that the nature of what we're building — a home safety device — means privacy isn't just a legal obligation for us. It's a core value. We treat your personal information with the same care we expect our product to treat your family.

This privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. It applies to our website at getallclear.co and any early access communications we send.

Who we are

All Clear is a team based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, building a quieter way for families to stay connected to aging parents at home. We are subject to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the privacy laws of the Province of Ontario.

For any questions about this policy or your personal information, you can reach us at:

Email: info@getallclear.co

What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit your email address through our early access form, we collect:

  • Your email address

  • The date and time of your submission

That is the only personal information you provide to us directly at this stage. We do not collect your name, phone number, address, payment information, or any other personal details unless you choose to share them in a follow-up conversation.

Information collected automatically

When you visit getallclear.co, certain information is collected automatically through third-party tools:

Google Analytics We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. This includes information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, general geographic location (country and city level), device type, and referring website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Facebook Pixel We use the Facebook Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand what actions visitors take on our website. The Facebook Pixel may collect information about your visit and connect it to your Facebook account if you are logged in. You can manage your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences. For more information on how Facebook uses this data, please review Facebook's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this policy. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect your experience on our site.

How we use your information

We use your email address for one purpose only at this stage:

To reach out to you personally about All Clear's early access programme.

We do not send automated marketing sequences. We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. When we say "a real person will reach out," we mean it — your email goes directly to Neal.

We use Google Analytics data to understand which pages and sections of our website are most useful, so we can improve the experience for visitors. We use Facebook Pixel data to measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share limited data with the following service providers solely to operate our website and communicate with you:

  • Google LLC — Analytics (data processing in the United States)

  • Meta Platforms Inc. — Facebook Pixel (data processing in the United States)

Both Google and Meta are certified under applicable data transfer frameworks. By using our website, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States, which has different privacy laws than Canada.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

How long we keep your information

We keep your email address for as long as you remain interested in All Clear. If you ask us to remove your email from our list at any time, we will do so promptly — usually within 48 hours.

We retain Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel data in accordance with each platform's standard data retention policies.

Your rights under PIPEDA

As a resident of Canada, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct any inaccurate information

  • Withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time

  • Request deletion of your personal information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@getallclear.co. We will respond within 30 days.

Your rights if you are in the European Union or United Kingdom

If you are accessing our website from the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
